Sandblasting & Metal Work

First, we [dad and I] designed and fabricated a custom rotisserie. Then I fully sandblasted the body. Next, cut out the rusted steel and prepared to weld in new metal. 

Now it's time for some New Metal

I now weld into place the new steel.

The entire dash was removed, rust cut out and then a new windshield support welded in place.

As well as completely redesigned lower quarter support structure, eliminating the "trash collection" trunk side pockets.
